Project Delivery Mechanism and Policy

  • Abrar Wells follows a clear and documented methodology for project delivery, ensuring every client has full confidence in their project from the moment the payment is confirmed to the final handover.
  • Project implementation begins within a few business days from the date of payment confirmation. Completion timelines vary depending on the nature of the project and its geographical location, in accordance with Abrar Wells’ approved scheduling standards.
  • All phases of implementation are documented through photographs and video footage.
  • Upon project completion, the client receives a comprehensive final report containing detailed documentation of all project phases, accompanied by photos and video footage showcasing the project in its finished state, including the project’s location on a map.
  • The name of the project owner — or the name of the intended recipient, if the project is commissioned as a gift — will be inscribed on the official project plaque as part of the delivered documentation.
  • For seasonal projects linked to Islamic occasions, such as Eid Al-Adha sacrifices and Quran distribution, implementation takes place at the designated Sharia-prescribed times, and documentation is sent to the client immediately upon completion.
  • All projects are subject to a post-delivery periodic maintenance and follow-up program, carried out by our field team to ensure long-term continuity of benefit.
  • Should unforeseen circumstances arise — such as adverse weather conditions or local administrative procedures — that delay delivery schedules, the team will immediately notify the client and provide a clear alternative delivery date.
  • If a client wishes to request additional documentation after the official delivery has been completed, this will incur an extra cost to be agreed upon with the client in advance. The amount will be determined based on the project’s location and the specific documentation requirements requested.
