Cancellation and Modification Policy

  • Customers may request payment cancellation within 24 hours of the transaction, provided that the project’s executive procedures have not yet started.
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed through the same payment method originally used. Customers may follow up on their request via the available support channels.
  • Should a customer wish to redirect their payment to a different project, they may contact our customer service team to arrange this.
  • Projects that have already commenced or for which funds have been allocated cannot be cancelled; however, alternative proposals may be submitted by contacting our team.
  • Seasonal projects tied to Islamic occasions — such as Eid Al-Adha sacrifices and Quran distribution — are time-sensitive in nature and cannot be extended. Accordingly, cancellation requests will not be accepted after 24 hours from the date of payment or upon approaching the scheduled execution date, whichever comes first.
